Welcome to Sardna.art, a creative platform operated by Ondrej Zsigray – Danube Creativity (IČO: 43970028, DIČ: 1078776413, registered by the District Office of Dunajská Streda, registration no. 210-23814, located at Vojka nad Dunajom 201, 930 31, Slovakia).

By accessing or placing an order through Sardna.art, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Sardna.art creates and sells handcrafted, limited-edition artworks inspired by the human iris and mirror reflections. Each piece is made to order based on the customer’s photograph and individual specifications.

2. Ordering

Orders are accepted exclusively through the custom order form on the website. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that all provided information is accurate. Once confirmed by email, the order becomes binding.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Payment is made in advance via bank transfer to the following account:

• Bank: mBank S.A., Pribinova 10, 81109 Bratislava, Slovakia

Orders are processed once the payment is received.

4. Production and Delivery

Each artwork is individually handcrafted, and production time may vary. Worldwide shipping is provided via DHL Global. Customers will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Because every piece is custom-made, cancellations or returns are not accepted once production has begun. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at contact@sardna.art with photos of the damage.

6. Copyright

All designs, photographs, and texts on Sardna.art are the intellectual property of Ondrej Zsigray – Danube Creativity and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

7. Liability

We strive for the highest quality craftsmanship. However, Sardna.art is not liable for minor variations in color, texture, or form, as these are inherent to handmade artistic production.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Dunajská Streda, Slovakia.
